Illegal Tactics - Charged Me w/o My knowledge...cheats

• After cancelling my account in 2006/2007 timeframe, lo and behold in 2010 they began charging my account again. No knowledge or reason for this. Upon confronting them they did all the old tactics.
  I am furious but should have caught it earlier. This does not stop me from pursuing legal action for them charging me w/o my approval. Dang!!
