I've read a lot of comments of people stating they have written notes to members on BPM and didn't get responses. I sent customer service an email and posed the following question: "If a paying member writes a non-paying member, will that non-paying member see the note"?. Here is their response verbatim: " Each member must have a paid upgraded account in order to read or send messages. Free members can only send out flirts". So if you are a paying member trying to contact a non-paying member, you are just wasting your time. Why join when the majority of the membership is composed of free members? Also, I hope that everyone is aware that if you use a credit card, you are put on Automatic Renewal. It is up to you to access your account to stop Automatic Renewal.
