You're right about immigration-its a minefield and getting tougher.
Some guys are married but their wives are stranded in China, cant get approval to emmigrate so they've got big problems to kick off with.
I too questioned the motives of these women. My family think they just want to get out of China and they arn't too fussy so long as the guy has an ample wallet.
But two colleagues of mine have Chinese wives and they're very happy, thats what got me interested in the first place You obviously have to be very careful who you get involved with.
I take it your marriage didn't work out, well not all of them do there are lots of differences. Cross-culture is a big one and many Asian's dont like Western climates etc. it all adds up.
