Chnlov is in business of making money. I have not paid them a penny. I have been to China five times, if you really want Chinese girls go there. Many might like your passport more than you, that is life. China is not cheap, expect to spend few thousand dollars especially in major cities. There are several universities where girls learn English and other languages find out where they are, start from there. I did not find a girl who I liked, but that is life and I do not want to complain.
