Sorry, I forgot to mention that I eventually caught on, when I purchased all the Bells & Whistles - I used credits to get email addresses, phone numbers, even send small gifts.
Oddly enough, on one of the occasions, I asked the lady if she had received one of my letters?
"Oh," she said, "the mail is really bad here ...".
To which I thought to myself : The mail in China is great, it's my brain that's bad.
My money has been wasted (in a major way), but chock it up to another of life's lesson. It's comical in many more ways than one ...
My advice is to stay away from the website and use your money elsewhere if you are that serious about matching up with someone seriously looking as well.
