You can keep emailing any bad experiences, either the Profile No. or the Agency Nos. (first three nos. of the Profile No.) to that email address.
Without going into greater detail, I believe my colleague also gave up quite a while ago on the "lady" he was attempting to correspond with after purchasing the external email, or what he believed to be; he too received the first reply (all in Chinese) he says. But then the 'lady' stopped all together when he started to refresh "her" memory after it became clear someone random was writing each time. He says it was most likely another fraudulent author(s) ("translator(s)").
But like many of the regulars here, he has not wasted much more time on chnlove since.
There are, in fact, *other* ways to go online, meet your matches, and travel to China to see what the *real* lady looks like. And you needn't spend a fortune on all this nonsense.
There is also a local Chinese travel agency that apparently provides Chinese-based *and* English-based trips to China. So, make some enquiries in your city (within your Chinatown, or Chinese community) and see if they offer something similar? It will definitely save you a large amount of trouble, not to mention money.
I should finally mention that a friend of mine was posted in Beijing last May to October. When I talked to him two weeks ago, he said, "Yes, there are still some ladies who are looking for economic escape, but there are now quite a few well-off gentlemen *in* China, now, that he would find it odd if that many ladies would be eager to be looking for their partner overseas these days.
