  • Hello sameldrum1 :

    Thank you. :D

No, I have not posted the results as of yet. Indeed, some of the contributors have been emailing privately, in addition to using the websites online.

We have been advised that Chnlove apparently tried to dismiss fraudulent activity in the past by sending mass messages and announcements to its members suggesting that the bad experiences are isolated to only one or two gentlemen, which you might find incredible to believe. However, it should trigger alarm bells for any reasonable person out there, especially if you read the many posts here, or even on other Scam Review websites on the internet. Clearly, there are numerous, bad experiences out there that are impossible to cover up any longer.

Harold is right, we have compiled a long list of Tips and Advice based on the stories that contributors have posted which all should read. And, Sparky has also posted a number of useful notes re. scam dating websites and class action lawsuits on pfishy.

We do not conduct individual investigations; on the contrary, the idea is to keep gathering the growing number of bad experiences (which continues to grow every day) and possibly come to some correlation in the various cases, combined.

As Harold posted to John, if you were planning to travel to China already, then make plans for your original visit. Keep chnlove as a *secondary* (Plan B), not the primary purpose of your visit.

If you have not read all the posts, the general rule is that no meaningful communication will be allowed between you and your 'lady' (ladies). In large part, this is to ensure that chnlove (or their 'agency') maintains an iron grip on the relations to expell the infamous 'Success Fee' upon you. This is the shorthand answer.

There is debate over this issue, with some gentlemen here willing to accept the extortionate fee only on the condition that the system be changed and honesty introduced; others, refuse to pay a penny.

On the newer, 'promoter' sites (men from the chnlove Forum who have started their 'own' forum), the trend, there, seems to be on advising others how to *avoid* the fee altogether by keeping chnlove and the agency apart as much as possible. I have said that this does not serve the best interests of the 'ladies' who, in many cases, have themselves been misled by chnlove and its 'agencies'.

Interestingly enough, rather than chnlove constantly monitoring this review site, they would be far better off checking their own members on these 'promoter' websites to see the kind of 'information' they have been conveying to other, un-enlightened members about the 'ease' of not having to pay, or worry about, 'Success Fees' later on. Check the internet and you will find a number of pending legal cases, and threats of lawsuits over this subject.

With all of this known, tread carefully and lightly with your pocketbook, and deal with the scams as they come your way.

I think *most* gentlemen on this website, at least, are resigned to knowing the truth of the situtation, yet committed to ensuring that others are not mislead or defrauded in the process. I recommend everybody look at other networks, even if they choose to look at dating online websites (which seem to have gone the way of the dinosaur) as a minor part of that network. To quote the famous words of President Sparky, "I shop *locally*." And Sparky is never wrong, the fraternity will advise you. :D

All the best on your search. I hope some of this helps you.
