As you might have already known, Chnlove has been cooperating with many marriage agencies in China. They take charge of verifying and submitting lady profiles, translating and transferring letters back and forth between ladies and our members. Their honesty and devotion is the key to our success and good reputation. To maintain it, we have declared clearly our Anti-fraud policy in our contract with the agencies. Besides, we have established quite strict working procedures which they have to follow in a compulsory basis.
The high reputation of Chnlove is not built in one single day. We don't want the dishonest practice of certain agencies or translators to do any harm to our hard work throughout years and the confidence our customers have on us. Therefore, we pay great attention to all the complaints against the agencies. In fact, we care whether the agencies work honestly in accordance with our requirements more than our customers do, as we are well aware of the importance of our customers' confidence, without which, we can get nowhere on our own, let alone have a brighter future.
However, in the meantime, Chnlove bears too much misunderstanding. Most gentlemen are not clear about the role of Chnlove during their correspondence with ladies. As a matter of fact, Chnlove is indeed a platform, where those marriage agencies submit lady profiles so that worldwide male members can meet them. Therefore, it's our compelling obligation to take measures to: 1). prevent the posting of false lady profiles.
2). prevent the cheating of the agencies and translators during their work.
To fulfill our obligation, we have done a lot of work, which you may have no idea of. We demand the agencies to provide all the ladies' identity cards and application forms. We have a special telephone survey team to investigate and confirm the actual identity of these ladies, as well our team monitor whether the translator translate and transfer the letters faithfully, etc.
To be candid, there are still limitations as some gentlemen were justifies to complain to us. Therefore, the complaints can help us find the problems we were not aware of. Like we mentioned before and after, we treasure every single complaint or comment sent to us.
What Chnlove will do on next step?
1. Optimize our operation system and the letter transference procedure.
A new anti-fraud system will be added and the letter transference procedure and requirements will be changed. Meanwhile, our technology team is now developing a new function, which is to establish a SMS system and connect it with mobilephones of the ladies. They will be notified of any actions of the agencies. In this case, the dishonest agency and translators will have no place to hide
2. Re-examine current agencies.
This is our routine work. Those agencies / translators who run the risk of violating our policies and regulations, such as P648 (located in Nanjing), P523 (Shenyang), P520 (Xiamen), have been kicked out of Chnlove and all their lady profiles have been cancelled from our website. From now on, we will re-examine all the cooperating agencies thoroughly to see whether they are working in accordance with our requirements, whether they take measures to monitor their translators' performance. The inspection result will decide whether Chnlove will continue or end the cooperation. Therefore, your feedback is very valuable for our re-examination.
3. Post more information our gentlemen will be concern about on our website.
We are aware that there are not enough channels where our members can get information about China, Chinese ladies and Chinese marriage agencies. They could only "listen to others". Therefore, we will publish as much information as possible so that they can know more and make their own judgment.
4. Hear the opinions of every member more attentively.
