Excuse me, I have been to China. The people are very gracious if you have money. Go out into the country and see the people as they live in poverty on their communial farms. Consider the fact that this is a world power now and that large numbers of their people live in poverty. (We have the same problem here... but not to the extent we have it here) I have read some of the comments in here. Comments by Jose are very correct. When I was in China, I was in the back of the Agency and those people were doing nothing but writing letters and posting information to other sights. Yes, go to China, it has some wonderful sights.... but beware of demons in angels clothing.
Chnlove itself is legit, but many of the agencies write fake letters of admiration to earn money. The agencies would like to keep you interested with seductive letters and hope that you will make the trip to meet the lady, which will earn them even more money. Then in most cases the love interest disappears because the couples never confront the real problem of commuication.
"Chnlove.com" is a site that posts photos, comments and vital statistics of Chinese woman who want to meet and possibly marry Western men. My experience using the service has been both positive and negative. I thought I was communicating with the woman I saw in the photographs, but I could not be certain if all the messages were being generated by her or by the translator to make more money. I think some of the women use the service as a way to get gifts and money.
I did go to China, and I did meet several of the women that I had been communicating with through the Chnlove message service. None of them were as beautiful in person as they appeared in the photographs, but they were the same women. After a few days I discovered that everywhere I went there were lots of beautiful and friendly Chinese women who wanted to meet me. Some were looking for Western boyfriends and husbands. Some were just looking to have fun, and some were just looking to get paid.
Eventually, I met a group of expatriates, who had lived in China for a while, and then I began meeting Chinese women who could speak English. When my visa expired I did not want to leave, but I could not get it extended.
If I saw someone on the Chnlove site that I was really interested in, I would probably use it again, but only if I was in China.

There's no need for anybody to bother with chnlove at all to find a woman. Everything about their business is antiquated.
Ive been to China to meet a woman and i also have Chinese friends, i would tell anybody who asked me that chnlove is a rip off.

If you truly desire a woman from China you must take steps to find this woman: use a site like chnlove, china love links, etc. build a correspondence with woman(true correspondence), come here and meet a woman... or be just another loser that won't get away from his computer and get NOWHERE! It can work for anybody. Just don't expect that the woman YOU pick is going to feel the same way you do. Some will and some WONT!!! If you only go fishing once and dont catch a fish do you give up???? I understand how these agencys work...you must get past their crap and then you can still have failure...until you get off your ass'es and come here you will never know......there are as many scammers at anybodys home town like you will find on the net....chnlove provides a service...NOT A GUARANTEE! My suggestion to anybody wanting to pursue a Chinese woman is to come here and experience this place...perhaps you can have a chance encounter on the street...there are many beautys just like you see in those pics...for you david1965 just sit in the losers seat in mommys basement and post crap here or on other forums!

What are you talking about you idiot ? Probably 1000's have been ripped off by dodgy agencies posting fake profiles, photo's and misrepresenting women.
It worked for YOU thats all you can say for most it doesn't and you can bypass any middle-men and Translators on any of the other sites.

I had a great experience! I'm married to a lady in Changsha. I'm currently living with my wife of one year here in Changsha, China. Chnlove provided the platform for us to meet. Those of you that really want to try something different get off your ass and come to China! Not one person that I know coming here(married or not) has regretted it!
