No i dont necessarily think its about rogue agencies its about knowing their charges in advance. Another 3 grand added to your trip puts a different complexion on it, i have to presume any guy who goes all the way out there is serious about what he's doing.

I try another site but mainly just old men. Talk about bad agencies. But i find out most agencies bad. But men help me spend money to keep find good agency. I give up when I see real photo and how much they spend. Guys find ladies say they not even Chnlove ladies. Why I pay so much for nothing then?

You can try talking them into writing chinese to you, this website is actually good at translations and you could just use it to talk your way thru until you actually find out if the genuine women are the real thing. I like mdbg.net
You're supposed to go to China and hire aTranslator when you get there. One guy said he paid 30,000 RMB to the agency for his intended and it could be more to other agencies.
So there you have it, a very expensive business indeed even if it works out what with flights, hotels, Translators whatever you spend on the woman and from there the visa relocation. You need a lot of dosh either way.
