Nanning is othe capitol of Guanxi, one of the most poor province in China. For my viuw point, we must search Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, there we have more options to be succesfull: more easy they speak english, more open mind, and more contact with oversea, that is really important, traditional close chinese girl is impossible for us, so big diference in the background.
Ive found they all know somebody who speaks good English even if they dont themselves so communications are always possible in writing.
Nanning must be one of the worst places for scammers from what ive heard including the one i had on webcam asking me for $300 in advance of meeting her.
