I think first you have to ask yourself what you are really looking for, there are many very fine ladies on this site.
I am currently writing to one such fine lady and we write almost daily, I plan to visit her in November and am looking very forward to this first meeting, the cost of credits, airfare and hotel, visa and passport etc can be very expensive but I never looked at it as "trouble" I know what I want and am even studying Mandarin Chinese language now, or trying lol....but I believe in the long run it is worth every bit of the trouble if you find a lifelong partner. I am now 40 and she will turn 34 this month so not to much difference in age, but I find we have many of the same interests and common goals...
