cursando infectologia, se me informa que para el tto de meningitis por cryptococcus neoformans se puede usar tanto como fluconazol (estoy de acuerdo) como anfo B ( y no estoy de acuerdo), o sea uno de los dos, no ambos entonces pregunto ?
acaso anfo B atraviesa BHE en concentraciones adecuadas para ser utilizada por via IV ?
si estoy equivocado, sepan disculpar
y si no, que se largue la polemica

INFECTOLOGIA course, I was informed that the TTO of meningitis caused by Cryptococcus neoformans can be used as fluconazole (I agree) as anfo B (and I do not agree), or one of the two, not both then ask?
