I don't have time to waste like them, so here's stuff I pulled off FB a few seconds ago. Just to explain - there was yet another guy who ended up going to China this weekend (look for "Leaving for Guangzhou" topic thread).
Without any more comment, this is what he posted-
"What i'm concerned about is communicatin with my the lady. We did chat and speak through internet before i left. Must admit that the language barrier is bigger than excpected. To be honest i do starting to get my doubts. There are so many things in my letters, sent during a 3 months period. She can't 'remember'....

Probably the "translator" said nothing or less to the girl. Sky- that's why I said you gotta be careful or just be alert when you contact Customer Service. Just watch how fast you get
"a reply" BUT if you get a chance to dig deeper over time you will find the lady has very little knowledge if she is someone you were communicating with for a while.
