Whether you have 1 employee ( as I started out with) or near 1000 employees, you run your business the same ......with DIGNITY and RESPECT FOR OTHERS
Your customers may not always like you, but if you treat them with respect they will keep coming back to you because :
1) YOU ARE TRUSTWORTHY , HONEST, and CREDIBLE
2) you have a good product
3) you offer a better service than the competition
4) "YOU " SET THE EXAMPLE for your employees and customers, and "YOU" live what you expect others to believe about you and your company.
5) without CREDIBILITY and TRUST, you have NOTHING..... and at this point Ms. Liu,
........ YOU HAVE NOTHING
I could go on, but it is not my place to train you how to run a successful business.
You excel at making your own mistakes, and you are the epitome of disaster.
Remember Ms. Liu.......
WHENEVER YOU POINT A FINGER AT SOMEONE ELSE ........THERE ARE 3 MORE FINGERS POINTING TO YOU.
