2.Women showing back with face towards camera. and lying of the ground with back showing not belly !
3. here is the pregnant one, look at the second last photo in the photo album
4.Women never standing and seated, and women dressed in loose fitting especially Chinese Traditional dress.

Do look at the photos that have a women with Teddy Bear or a Flower etc, and you see most women dressed in loose fittings that does not show a popped belly, these are either pregnant
