well, my bad experience my complaints to Chnlove ended up with their usual blaming the agency. that is not an answer. i know i am not the first.
i know it was the agency. i also know Chnlove is responsible. but they are unwilling to accept blame. like others said, we pay Chnlove directly not an agency.
