isingles and dating direct affinity took money from my account Reviews

I joined isingle as a link through Facebook some months ago. As I was new to online dating I joined for the shortest period to see if I liked it or not. I did not like it much and did not want to continue my membership so I let it run its course. However, I have just seen a debit from my bank account where "webmatch Ltd" i.e. isingles have taken money without my authorisation. Needless to say like the other comments I have seen on this site, I cannot contact anyone to discuss this or get a refund. I have had to contact my bank instead.
Dating direct Affinity, I joined at the same time as isingles; same thing, joined for a limited period - have found it rubbish, providing me with matches to people who are not interested in a person of my ethnicity (a basic match requirement you would think) or matching me with people who didn't match my requirements either. They took a 3 month subscription from my account also without my authorisation. I was able to contact them and they say they are going to refund me - we will see.
My advice to anyone - avoid these sites completely unless you can go through paypal or something. Cheats - not content with the rubbish service they provided but still want to rob me further of my hard earned cash. By the way dating affinity is the same as dating direct.com so be warned.
