Unfortunately, I had a problem with a mpwh user harrassing me. I reported it to the administrator and I was told that as a non-paid member, I was being cancelled for reporting three harrassing emails that were sent within 5 minutes. To be fair, I think it would be OK as long as you are a paid member. There is a lifetime membership available for about $350. Paid members also have access to chat and communication options.
