This place is all about the algorithms -- but what algorithms. Not to say there haven't been a few clunkers and obvious bad matches, but this is usually when one party didn't answer a representative sample of questions (and it tells you how many they've answered, so...). Most 80%+ matches I've met have been pretty much on the money. Romance doesn't always work out, of course, but it's come pretty close, and the latest one seems like a keeper (moving in together in a few weeks). Also, the journal entries you see are targeted, so they're usually users you get along with, which avoids much of the nastiness seen elsewhere.
