If you pay for the top package there is no guarantee you will meet anyone and even asking them to do the personal searching, you find they are reluctant. Customer service is rubbish. Having said that, the one person I met was "the one" but being told the other person didn't want to meet you for 1.5 years was galling. There seems to be many more women than men so the men can be picky
