Worst dating site ever. It seemed encouraging so I signed up. Seemed to be getting good feedback so I paid for a few months. And then I noticed the problems. The site's so buggy it's unusable. I'm going through lists and I'll hit the next button to go to page 8 and it hiccups and throws me back to page 1. :|
The profile ordering protocols are amateur and outdated, and the site is unprofessional and shoddy. I even emailed in SUGGESTIONS containing debug information so that they might make the site better, but I never heard back and the changes were never implemented.
Called their customer service one day. Waited on hold for 28 MINUTES!!! I recorded the call. Finally this uninterested guy comes on and I say I want my money back. The site was inexcusably unsatisfactory. I place my points. He ignores them. Says there's no money back after a certain amount of time has elapsed. I ask where that stipulation is located, and he says it's located on such-and-such page. I go to that page while on the phone and tell him nothing there says that. He hems and haws and says that I still can't have my money back. I press the issue and he HANGS UP ON ME! That was a year ago.
Complete waste of webspace. If you're a female, you might find some sleazy guys. There's always a small chance, but you're better on another site where your money will actually pay for something.
Just answered a craigslist ad and it redirected me to Singlesnet, the automated response email I received encouraging me to join and look the (fake) person up. Logged into my old account. No user by that name. :| Surprise. Any site that uses spambots and website redirects to trick you into joining its site is an automatic fraud.
