sebago, the same thing happened to me. i had a few complaints with the site, and every time i tried to use the form, they would reply and tell me to call between 9 and 5. i work in an office and other people sit at my desk, so i can't really yell at a matchmaking website during the day. i also tried to cancel and they told me to call from 9-5 also. i had to freaking go out to my car and cancel one day!
