  • I cancelled my account within the 7 day free trial, but they still charged me three separate fees. They force you to log in to turn off their annoying spam and when you do, they charge your credit card. When I called in to get the charges reversed, they played games and would not refund me until I threatened to charge back and notify the Better Business Bureau. Don't let them talk you into a "partial refund". Not an ethical business.
